Weidmüller receives the Functional Safety Management Certificate in accordance with EN 61508:2010 from TÜV NORD. The certification body thus attests that Weidmüller has introduced and operates a management system for functional safety in accordance with EN 61508:2010 to conduct the development of safety-relevant electrical, electronic, programmable components and subsystems. Every year TÜV NORD conducts a quality assurance audit; recertification takes place every five years.
