Internationalisation and innovation: Keys for LORAMENDI
With 100% of the design and manufacturing processes centralized in Vitoria-Gasteiz (Basque Country, Spain) and an investment of 5% of its turnover in R+D+i, Loramendi is facing new challenges in a scenario redefined by the COVID-19.
Loramendi S. Coop. is part of the Mondragon Group since 2004 and holds an alliance with Aurrenak S. Coop. Currently 95% of Loramendi’s production is exported. Specialized in the design and supply of global foundry solutions, it began the path to internationalisation process a long time ago. Since the opening of the first subsidiary in Germany over three decades ago, Loramendi has consolidated its presence in Europe, Asia and America, and its customers represent the world’s leading manufacturers in the automotive industry.
