Check valve series expanded

A German valve manufacturer has recently expanded its product range by adding a section of swing check valves and valves for various temperature and pressure ranges.

The pressure range was increased in the area of wafer check valves and the Disco non-return valve series 932. By modifying and standardising the elastomer compounds in the ZRK, ZRKF and 932 ranges, it was possible to extend the temperature range:

• NBR: -30 to +100 °C 
• EPDM: -65 to 150 °C 
• FKM: -30 to 230 °C 
• PTFE: -200 to 250 °C
  

The product portfolio is strengthened by a new Disco non-return valve, type 932-HD. This valve is designed for high-pressure applications up to an operating pressure of 160 bar and guarantees long-term reliable functionality. In addition, the 916 series of the double blade non-return valve is now also available as a cast steel version in the product range (body 1.0619 - blade 1.4308 - metallic sealing).
