Edith Sandvoss, an experienced Supervisory Board member and shareholder, has decided to step down from her position on the Supervisory Board of SAMSON AG for personal reasons and at her own request. Carsten Reinhardt will succeed her until the next Supervisory Board election in 2025.
During her time at SAMSOM, Edith Sandvoss has not only done valuable work. Her commitment, her experience and her deep attachment were of decisive importance for the development of the company. Carsten Reinhardt has worked as an independent consultant, advisor and supervisory board member for German and international industrial companies since 2016. He previously led several companies, including Voith Turbo GmbH & Co. KG, a manufacturer of specialised drive, coupling and control technology.

Carsten Reinhardt has two grown-up daughters and lives with his wife in Stuttgart.
