Mobile control panel for training courses and events

Bürkert Fluid Control Systems, a global manufacturer of measurement, control and regulation systems for liquids and gases, is aware that hands-on learning and teaching is the most effective. The company has therefore supported the ZETA Group in developing a mobile control panel with industry-proven components.

The solution provider for the biotechnological and pharmaceutical industry uses the versatile laboratory setup mainly for training new employees, for presentations at trade fairs, but also for tests or simulating customer requirements.

Everything needed for this is clearly arranged on the control panel: A FLOWave flow meter that works according to the patented SAW method, control and shut-off valve, a motorised ball valve, a mass flow controller (MFC) as well as pressure and temperature sensors.

Additional external components can also be integrated if required. A laptop can be used to simulate various processes and deepen theoretical knowledge. The connected process control system allows various processes to be visualised and theoretical knowledge to be applied in practice. Practice-orientated teaching and learning is therefore possible at any location.
