Noreva GmbH is starting the construction of a new manufacturing facility for high-tech plastic components in Mönchengladbach. These parts are particularly suitable for industrial applications in sectors such as aerospace, semiconductor technology, as well as for high-temperature resistant seals and bushings.
The construction project for the 1,100 square meter production hall will begin in the second quarter of this year, with the company investing approximately 4 million euros in the construction. The new hall will enable the production of high-tech plastic components and will serve as a second mainstay alongside the production of impact-free nozzle check valves.
The new manufacturing site meets all the requirements for modern and innovative production. Noreva can use various high-performance materials at customer request, which are specifically tailored to the requirements of the respective fields of application. High-performance plastics, typically thermoplastics, offer high temperature resistance and resistance to aggressive chemicals.
The plastics manufactured by Noreva are ideally suited for use in high-temperature areas, such as seals and bushings, due to their robustness. Production flexibility allows for both custom-made individual products and series production, making the plastic parts ideal for use in fittings as secure seals.
The nozzle check valves manufactured by Noreva are used worldwide in the oil and gas industry, chemical plants, seawater desalination, power generation, petrochemicals, pipelines, LNG applications, and many other areas.
