Berg, who was born and raised in Bonn, completed his training as a machinist after his specialized secondary school education and then successfully studied mechanical engineering in Cologne. He began his career in technical sales, where he quickly developed a deep passion for the field. His extensive experience in sales has allowed him to demonstrate his expertise in building successful customer relationships and achieving lasting business success.
